Kirk Alyn was the star of the 1940's Superman serials before George Reeves took over on television. He appears on the Superman the movie special edition DVD on the Smallville train scene with young Lois Lane along with his movie co-star and 1950's TV Lois Lane, Noel Neill . Most versions had him cut out of this special cameo appearance.
